PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THESE SITES.

Customers submitting a purchase order agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions set out by Vipe Sportswear/Vipe Activewear. The following terms and conditions surpass any previous terms and conditions. We reserve the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time without prior notice. For this reason, we encourage you to review the Agreement whenever you use our Site.

 

1. Limitation of Liability

Vipe Sportswear/ Vipe Activewear does not accept liability for any loss or damages caused by this website, or any website linked to this website.
Vipe Sportswear/ Vipe Activewear Reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order at anytime without giving reason. We will make all reasonable effort to contact the customer using the details provided and all received monies will be refunded using the method received.

 

2. Product Orders

All orders placed through THEVIPE.COM are subject to Vipe’s acceptance.  
Vipe Sportswear/ Vipe Activewear offers on-line purchasing only. Orders via phone, fax or email will not be accepted.

 

3. Shipping within US & Canada

Online orders for delivery within US are dispatched via UPS and arrive within 5 - 7 working days from dispatch. A flat rate of $10 applies to all US deliveries of $150 and under and $39,95 to all Canada deliveries. Shipping is free for orders over $150 to addresses within the US and Canada.

 

4. International Shipping

Vipe Sportswear ships to most destinations in Europe via TNT or DHL and arrive within 3-5 working days from dispatch. A flat rate of 8,95 within The Netherlands and 15-25 euro in Europe depending on destination. Shipping is free for orders over 150 euro to addresses within Europe.

 

5. Delivery

Orders are shipped within 1-5 business days of Order Confirmation subject to all ordered items being in stock. If any items cannot be fulfilled from your order we will contact you via email.

 

6. Electronic Communications

You permission to receive electronic communications from VIPE either in the form of email sent to you at the email address listed on your account or by communications posted on the Sites. You acknowledge and agree that any electronic communication in the form of such email or posting on the Sites shall satisfy any legal requirement that such communication be in writing. 

 

7. Acceptance of Goods

The customer is accountable for inspecting the goods for fault or damage and must notify Vipe Sportswear/ Vipe Activewear immediately. Goods may be returned providing the garments are unworn with tags in tact and accompanied by the receipt. Please see Returns & Exchanges Policy for more information. 

 

8. Pricing

Vipe Sportswear/ Vipe Activewear reserves the right to change prices without notice. All prices and orders are displayed and processed in American Dollars (US$) and Euro. 

 

9. Returns & Exchanges

We understand selecting the right style and size online can be difficult. For this reason, we welcome an exchange, credit note or full refund on online orders within 14 days of purchase provided the tax invoice can be produced, the original tags are attached and items are returned in unworn condition. The 'Exchange & Return Form' that was sent with your order must be completed and returned with your garments. Please see return sticker in the envelope. When returning your item please put the sticker on the package and you can return it to where it is most convenient for you, at your own cost.

To ensure you receive your preferred exchange choice please email returns@thevipe.com with your name, contact details, invoice number and details of the preferred replacement choice (Item name, color & size). This will ensure your item is kept aside while we await the return of your garment to our Warehouse Team at Vipe Sportswear/ Vipe Activewear. If the style you require is 'out of stock' an online credit note or refund will be issued.

Vipe Sportswear/ Vipe Activewear reserves the right to determine whether a product is faulty and conduct a production and quality check. If deemed faulty by a Vipe Sportswear/ Vipe Activewear a replacement item will be shipped where possible subject to stock availability or a credit note issued. A response for Faulty Claims will be received within 48 hours of the garments arrival at the Vipe Sportswear/ Vipe Activewear Head Office.

Please note:

Vipe Sportswear/ Vipe Activewear will not be held responsible for a delay in delivery.

Customers will be responsible for the return shipping and handling charge.

For faulty or damaged goods, please include a copy of your postage receipt. If the product is deemed faulty after review we will then credit the cost of postage back to you.

You need to send the original or a copy of receipt with you order.

In the event that your product is lost in transit, Vipe Sportswear/ Vipe Activewear will not be held liable and therefore recommends that you send all returns via Register Post.

We ask that you allow 7 business days from the day your return your package for your account to be credited.

 

10. Returns and Promotional items


If your order is returned/ refunded and you have received a promotional item of gift with purchase, the item must also be returned in original condition, otherwise the retail price will be deducted from the refunded amount.
If you wish to return purchased items but keep the promotional item we are happy to offer you an online credit note.
There is no warranty or exchange on promotional items.

 

11. Damages or Faulty Goods

Refunds will only be applied if the product is damaged or deemed faulty and Vipe Sportswear/ Vipe Activewear reserves the right to determine whether a product is damaged or faulty.  Claims will be reviewed and a response received within 48 hours of the arrival at Vipe Sportswear/ Vipe Activewear. 

 

12. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only in the instance where the order has not yet reached the packing stage. 

 

13. Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions


In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, Vipe Sportswear/ Vipe Activewear reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders.
Vipe Sportswear/ Vipe Activewear will make all reasonable effort to contact the customer using the details provided and all received monies will be refunded using the method received. 

 

14. International Shipping 

Vipe Sportswear ships to most destinations around the world via TNT or DHL and arrive within 3-5 working days from dispatch. International customers will need to shop at our European site
